Evaluation, reflection, action, repeat. This training component can be used by directors to lead their teams in a yearlong personal/peer evaluation process around a teacher's disposition and classroom habits. It contains five reflective essays about an early educator's role in the classroom. It expands into personal (and/or peer) reflection and evaluation of necessary dispositions in eight component areas. Each component area includes a goal-setting worksheet, allowing the early educator to focus on the mastery of each area.
