Elementary Literature Textbook Series Coral Teacher (Grade 5)

Coral is the fifth grade literature/language arts reading program from Mosdos Press. The fifth grade learner continues to master the comprehension process through lessons that hone in on written and oral exercises. The curriculum challenges the student to carefully think about and explain what they have learned as they study thought-provoking contemporary and classic selections from noted authors.

Includes over 600 pages of prose, poetry, plays and nonfiction narratives. Reading skills instruction is essential to a 5th grade language arts program, therefore, like Ruby, Coral's student curriculum is developed around a unique feature called Lessons in Literature. Each lesson teaches language arts skills appropriate for the prose it precedes.
